Robbie Williams
has invited his future mother-in-law to move in with him.
The 'Angels' singer
has enjoyed a series of late-night poker games with girlfriend Ayda Field's mother Gwen, and the pair have bonded so well he has invited her to live in the UK with them.
A source said: "Robbie has really hit it off with Gwen. One of his hobbies is playing poker with a small group of pals. Gwen has joined in a few times, and on a couple of occasions, Robbie and Gwen have carried on playing until the small hours after everyone else went to bed."
Robbie and Ayda have been living in Los Angeles, but plan to return to his native UK ahead of the release of his long-awaited comeback album, 'Reality Killed the Video Star'.
The 25-year-old pop star thinks having Gwen move in will provide his American girlfriend with some much-needed company.
The source added to Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Robbie's new house near Swindon is massive and it would be a lonely place to rattle about in on your own.
"But Ayda and Gwen will have a lot of fun together. There are tennis courts and a gym and some nice countryside. Plus there is completely separate accommodation so Gwen can have her privacy."
